Welcome to the family! If you’ve been getting started on your journey of faith within the last year or so, we would love for you to be a part of this group. We’ll talk about the basics of faith in Christ, what it really means to be ‘born again’, and we’ll discuss any questions you may have.

Moms & Babies

Join us with your little one for a time to connect with other moms, share parenting tips, ask questions, and get support for this amazing season of life! Toddlers are welcome to join the fun as well!


REQUIREMENTS: Moms with babies who are 1yr or younger (along with preschool siblings).

Precept: Revelations Part 4

LEADER: Debbie Eckmier

Join us for the exciting ending of this course to Uncover the book of Revelation. (Interpreting Revelation in the light of Biblical prophecy) We will be completing our 4 part Precept Bible Study with this course that ties in the Old Testament prophecies to what the book of Revelation says about the end times. You will understand the prophetic books of the OT in new ways and see how they shed light on our present day current events.


REQUIREMENTS: You do not have to have taken parts 1-3 to join us for this course. Choose which workbook is best for you - available in PUP format (5 hours homework per week) $35.00 or In and Out format (1.5 hours homework per week) $28.00.



Navigators Book 2 – Deepening Your Roots in God’s Family

LEADER: Millard Meyers

This course only impacts a life to the degree that the Holy Spirit works in and through the materials, the Word of God, and the influence people in the group have on one another. Discipleship is both what we are and what we do. During Book 2, you will develop consistent and meaningful quiet times with God, some new scripture memorization as well as review of previous ones, Bible study, work on developing your personal salvation testimony, and an opportunity to participate in one relating activity with a non-Christian acquaintance or friend.


REQUIREMENTS: For anyone that has graduated from Growing Strong in God’s Family (Book 1)



Propel Women

LEADER: Stephanie Bigelow, Lori Bigelow 

TIME: 7-8:30pm

DURATION: Mar. 25 - Apr. 15


Celebrating every woman’s passion, purpose, and potential. We are a group of women called to the marketplace, who are creating a safe space for growth, learning, and support. We seek to develop our skills in the workplace through discussion and to mutually support each other in our calling. We also focus on holding ourselves accountable to one another. We are creating a climate of success for all of our members through honest reflection, courageous dialogue, and focused prayer.

 

This Winter we will be running a “best of” session with select lessons from our curriculum of Personal Leadership, Passion, and Momentum. This will begin after March Break.


REQUIREMENTS: For women. Bring your Bible and a notebook.

The Girl’s Still Got It

This is a study on the book of Ruth. We will walk with Ruth as she travels from Moab to Bethlehem. She is certain of her calling, yet uncertain of her future. Through this amazing study, you will be able to say you totally get the book of Ruth and what God is trying to teach you through this rags to riches redemption story. And you will be able to see that God also has a plan for your life.

Be In Health

LEADER: Ray & Barb Lee 

TIME: 7:30 - 9pm

LOCATION: Kitchener

DURATION: Feb. 6 - Apr. 16


God is in the restoration business. We will explore how our relationship with God, with others, and even ourselves effect our physical bodies. We will examine how our thoughts, feelings, and emotions either have a positive or negative effect on our body. Your brain is converting those thoughts into a physical reaction that can lead to the development of disease. Join us as we look into God’s Word and science to understand this process and help reverse its effects


REQUIREMENTS: Optional – Purchase the book ‘A More Excellent Way’ by Henry Wright for $35 at the Resource Centre.
